Boot Camps at the Ultimate Sportsplex! |
Are you looking for more energy? Do you want to tone your trouble spots, lose weight or just improve the quality of your health? Then you've found the right program! Join our energetic instructors, Sandra Moore, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 5:30 am or 6:30 am for a one hour boot camp class at the Ultimate Sportsplex inside Rink City. Your one-hour, total body workout will focus on combining cardio and strength conditioning for a complete physical training.
